You can use this page to send your request directly to the prayer warriors at Bethany or you can call the church to activate the prayer chain.  Request are held in confidence and are not discussed or given to any other people besides the prayer teams.  You may choose to complete the personal information or not.  When you have completed your request, press the "Submit Prayer Request" button and your request will immediately be e-mailed.  God bless!
